An electronic ticket or e-ticket is a virtual transport ticket. Once payment has been made, a travel memo is given to you at the agency or sent by email or fax summarizing all the necessary information. On the day of departure, make sure you have it with you along with your valid passport.
To check in, simply go to the airline counter or use the check-in terminals 1h30 before departure.

– Cancellation: A deductible of 4000 CFP per person (with some exceptions, see General Conditions of Insurance). Reimbursement for a trip up to 954,600 CFP (8000 €) per person, and beyond on request.

– Wire Transfer :
The AXXESS TRAVEL agency accepts payment by bank transfer. The transfer must imperatively be confirmed by the issuing bank. This confirmation of transfer must be sent to the accounting department by fax, the contact details of which will be sent when the order is confirmed. This confirmation of transfer must mention the surname, first name and order number. It must be sent before the day of the option date; the option being defined as the deadline on which the reservation file is closed. Please note: the costs relating to the transfer remain the responsibility of the buyer.
– By cash (exclusively in Pacific francs):
Cash payments are possible at the agency.
– By check (exclusively in Pacific francs):
The agency accepts payment by check except within 30 days of departure.
– Per AXXESS TRAVEL gift voucher:
The buyer can use these gift vouchers directly with the agency.
Any seat not used on the outward or return journey cannot, under any circumstances, be refunded. Transferring to another flight or to a scheduled flight involves payment of the new ticket at the current rate set by the carrier. For information, the airlines retain 100% of the value of the unused plane ticket.
