What payment methods are authorized?
The traveler has several payment methods:
– By credit and debit cards
The organizer accepts the following bank cards and payment cards at the Axxess Travel agency or when booking by telephone:
– the Blue card, Visa
– MasterCard
– the American Express card
Credit card and cash are the only means of payment for reservations for stays within 15 days of departure.
– By bank transfer:
The AXXESS TRAVEL agency accepts payment by bank transfer. The transfer must imperatively be confirmed by the issuing bank. This confirmation of transfer must be sent to the accounting department by fax, the contact details of which will be sent when the order is confirmed. This confirmation of transfer must mention the surname, first name and order number. It must be sent before the day of the option date; the option being defined as the deadline on which the reservation file is closed. Attention: the costs relating to the transfer remain the responsibility of the buyer.
– By cash (exclusively in Pacific francs):
Cash payments are possible at the agency.
– By check (exclusively in Pacific francs):
The agency accepts payment by check except within 30 days of departure.
– By AXXESS TRAVEL gift voucher
The buyer can use these gift vouchers directly with the agency.
